The Australian School of Meditation hold regular Refresh and Relax sessions twice a week on a Monday and Thursday afternoon from 5.30pm-6.15pm. It is the perfect way to relax after a hard day at work. The sessions are fully guided and are done lying down. Included are Guaranga breath meditation, tense and release relaxation, progressive body relaxation, mindfulness meditation and a host of other relaxation techniques to calm the mind and relax the body.
